Very helpful. I took a Tudor S&G, and Cartier Santos Ronde Quartz for a tickle.
It didn’t quite work out as planned. That was due more the damage or age of the watches, but I can’t fault their professionallism and helpfulnes.

Just to add from the ‘not expensive watch’ perspective.

Took a very ordinary Casio thing in for a new battery, a slightly less ordinary Seiko for the same and an old but special to me Kinetic Seiko for a new capacitor. They are the only place within sensible distance who can do this without getting involved with the whole courier thing.

Utterly professional, quick turn around and keenly l priced AND local. Will go back when other things need attention and would have no problem recommending.

If your watch is running fast, slow, losing time, or hasn’t been serviced in the last 4–5 years, it’s time to book it in. Even if it seems fine, lubricants dry out and gaskets degrade over time. A full service prevents wear and keeps your watch accurate and reliable.

We regularly service and repair luxury Swiss watches including Omega, Cartier, Breitling, Mont Blanc, TAG Heuer, and Rolex. Our watchmakers are WOSTEP and BHI qualified, and we are also an authorised service centre for TAG Heuer, meaning your timepiece is cared for to manufacturer standards.

Every full service is a complete overhaul:

  • Movement fully dismantled, cleaned, re-oiled and reassembled

  • Worn parts replaced with genuine manufacturer components

  • Case and bracelet professionally polished and refurbished

  • Watch re-sealed, pressure tested and time-regulated

Most services are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on brand, movement, and the work required. For simpler repairs (such as bracelet pins, pressure tests, or battery changes) we often complete these while you wait.
